The beautiful female bodies in your head...



We all aspire to beautiful female bodies, and male bodies too (let's not forget the men!), a great bod that will do the great things you want to do.

You want to lose weight and keep it off because right now, what you see in the mirror, doesn't match the picture of what you'd like to be, the image that you have in your head.

So, let's start bridging the gap between the mirror and the mental image.

It's not about ideal body weight, it's about your vision

Your going to start by getting a really good idea of what it is you want. Saying you want to lose a few pounds isn't enough.

You know why? You could stop eating today, put yourself on the couch, go on a 3 day famine, just drinking water, and you'd get up having lost a few pounds...would you have those beautiful female bodies you want? No way! But you would have lost a few pounds, yes, a little closer to some innocuous number that you've set as your ideal body weight.

There's a great misconception that if you can just get your weight down to a certain number, you'll miraculously have the body you envision.

Losing weight won't get you those beautiful female bodies, why? Because beautiful female bodies are more than just bodies with less weight.

Think about it, really think about it, close your eyes and see in your mind that picture of itself at your best. Now, let me ask you this, is it just a poundage problem? If you take away some of the padding underneath the skin, will it be the result you're looking for?

You can lose weight without losing fat, you can lose weight and have untoned muscles. You can look like you need to lose weight just because you're body is sagging and flabby in places you wish it wasn't. You can lose weight and look like death warmed up. You may already know that you look good now, you just want to look better, the mirror is still not quite the mental picture.

Losing weight is only one of the things that contributes to you creating the vision

If you focus on that picture, your going to see that your vision of the best you, is so much more than just a current you minus a few pounds.

This section is about getting a very clear picture of what it is you want.

It's about the picture itself, the goal, because this is very important, it's very hard to take action to get somewhere, or something, if you're not sure what your sights are set on.

Because I can tell you, once you've gotten right into what it is you really want, you'll realise that there's more to creating those beautiful female bodies than just losing weight! It has very little to do with that so-called magical, non-existent, ideal body weight number.

Why focus on what you want, in descriptive detail and not a number? Because otherwise you won't know when you've got it! That picture, that visual in your head will actually help you make the choices and take the action that you need to take.

And, once you know what it is you want, you'll realise that diets have you losing weight, but there is so much more to the process, and you'll understand why you make choices that are more than just about reducing calorie intake, or using more energy, or losing weight or getting thinner.

And then what? And then you'll be able to create it

With the tools and information on this website, you'll be making choices that fit your life, that will have you losing weight, but more than that, will have you making choices and taking action to get those beautiful female bodies (and men's bodies, yes you guys can have it too).

And what about once you get there? You'll stay there, you'll have learnt the 5 key elements to make it last and if you want to you'll look to doing more and improving it further. It's a work in progress.

Hey, I've been happy with myself for a long time, then I realised that my body was changing...it's slowing down! How, dare it! It's looking a little flabby! My clothes still fit the same, but I'm not feeling my usual energetic self (thank goodness the kids are saying). So I've added a few things into my diet to help and have increased how much I move.

I've refocused on what it is that I want. For me, I need to adjust the choices that I'm making to help my body can carry me through at least another fifty years or so.

This image has no number attached to it, it is about how I feel, how I look and how my body functions, not about an ideal body weight. I don't imagine in numerals!

There's no point in denying that for my body to do this now, I have to make some different choices.

Pretty much I want is what I've had for the past 6 or 7 years! Except my body has, without my permission, had the audacity, to need more work to maintain this! Am I going on an intensive regime, am I taking up boot camp...not on your Nelly! Am I starting a diet, going on a program? Nope.

I'm doing exactly what I did all those years ago, and what I've kept doing every since, I'm making choices and taking action that gets me to my goal, without stress, and by focusing on what I want.

I'm doing what I can, when I can, on any given moment to keep everything that a lean, fit and lighter body has already given me. You can do the same.
