How do you get your children eating healthy?



Getting Children eating healthy can have parents pulling their hair out! It can be one of the most frustrating and demanding issues with kids, especially in terms of weight loss for kids.

With so many high calorie, high fat, and really, not very healthy foods thrust in front of them through advertising, and on the shelves, and of course "my friend is allowed to eat this"...it can seem like a never ending battle to ensure they eat healthy and helping them learn how to control their weight and what they should be eating.

Children are all different, and finding ways that work for each can be tricky and downright difficult. And then of course there's the added pressure of keeping vigilant over what they're eating and the choices they're making, and you're making for them in amongst all the other things that you're trying to do.

Having as many strategies and tips for healthy eating helps...the more tricks up your sleeve the better, as I see it.
