Exercising late afternoon is this exercise tip

My best free exercise tips for everyone is to try and walk or go to the gym in the late afternoon.
When I exercise late in the day, I'm less hungry at dinner time and I don't have as many late night snacks.
It also helps me feel better after a day at work. It doesn't matter how long it is, just do as much as you can. You can take your gym clothes to work with you and stop on the way home.
