I have started using the Zumba DVD's. As I'm quite unfit at the moment, I find that they're great because they have slow periods and fast periods.
There's also lots of variety. The DVD's come with a learning section, and they also have an 'express' workout which is only 20 minutes and longer workouts.
I am finding the moves a little difficult to master, and the longer workouts challenging, but they are fun.
There's also a great workout where you can flick back to the learning workout if you find that you've forgotten the basics of the moves.
I borrowed the DVDs from a friend before I bought them myself, which gave me a chance to try them out. Then I decided that they were worth buying.
They are also great for working the stomach muscles, so far I have lost half an inch off my waist!
